Téoulé offers guests plenty of space for relaxing & entertaining

The house is divided into two parts and sleeps 10 in 5 double bedrooms.

MAIN HOUSE:
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms (2 with king beds, 1 with a double sofa-bed) and one bathroom. The top floor is one huge ensuite bedroom with California King bed, sitting room, bathroom and dressing area.

On the ground floor is a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and office opening out onto a deck with sofa and dining table.

Under the original oak staircase is a separate cloakroom.

ANNEX

The second part of the house has a kitchen, large open plan sitting and dining room, one enormous ensuite bedroom, with separate shower and laundry rooms downstairs.

STUDIO / GYM

The gym has a rowing machine, freeweights, battle rope, TRX, kettle bells and slam ball. This space was orginally an artist’s studio and would be perfect for painting, sculpting or other creative endeavours.

OUTDOORS

In the grounds are a 12m x 5m pool, 2 sun terraces, treehouse, dining area with large parasol, various benches, tables and chairs, paths cut through the woods, and a gravelled area for boules or Möllky. There is plenty of parking.
